Bill Wurtz's famous words go as follows : "China is whole again, then it broke again". Why did it not happen with Rome as well? Why was there no attempt to re-stitch the empire or create a new Roman empire that spread from Europe, Middle-East to North Africa?

Is it fair to in broad strokes characterize the Allied (mostly, US and Soviet) forces as experts at Strategic/Operational levels but poor at the tactical level, and characterize Germans as experts at the tactical level and poor if not outright incompetent at higher levels?

Is Adolf Hitler having a micro penis a real known fact or is it propaganda? I’ve seen stand ups from Dana carvey, Sarah Silverman and a few snl skits all reference this fact for some reason, but never have I heard it in actual documentaries
